I think he's ok. He's not good, but he's not bad. He's making the Indian team a lot more fit, but he doesn't always favor the best players(Balaji, Zaheer). Plus, I don't think he wants to stop being a captain. I think he's always telling Dravid what to do. Personally, I think he should be a little more considerate of the team. Then, he'll be a truly great coach. I miss the old coach.

no he interferes too much in decisions that are too be taken by skipper.also he is the one who breaks moral of the team players.what was the need of saying that irfan pathan has confidence problem in front of everyone.we all have seen what happened with Sourav da. after all these things i can't believe that chappel's a good coach.
