There is this guy who i see everyday cause we are involved in a program together, then he randomly calls me..Twice. and he was completly wasted. The only thing is that he got my cell phone number and i didn't give it to him. then he called me again wasted. My question is why is he calling me and how did he get my number? What does this mean cause he has the rep. of being a jerk to girls

drunk calling is pretty common. He probably likes you.

It means when you see his number pop up on your cell next time, don't answer. The only interpretation you need to know is that this guy is a waste of your time. Try someone who is a little more mature and can handle a simple phone call.

If you know him to be a jerk, don't waste your time. Since he got your phone number and you didn't give it to him---hes sounds a bit creepy and makes it worst by calling you when hes wasted. I know guys like this: he gets your number by fishing around, calls you when hes wasted because otherwise hes not bold enough and thinks it'll make conversation easier and if hes got a rep for being a jerk, chances are hes looking for his next victim and his next gratification.

Only a jerk would show you no respect by calling you while being wasted. Giving him your number is asking him to call, but you didn't, so now he's a jerk twice! Don't grab onto anchors if your trying to stay afloat!

It sounds to me like he has allready proven his rep. Let him know that your not the type of girl to be interested in guys who dont have the balls to call you up sober. For all you know, he has a list of girls he calls wasted, your just one on the list. I also knew this guy who swore that every time he got drunk he would call this girl Kelly just so she would go get him food from Toco Bell and deliver it to him hand and foot. Other than that, he used to talk all kinds of trash about her behind her back.

Whatever he's doing, just avoid getting involved. Tell him you don't appreciate him calling you, and don't bother to pick up if he gets annoying about it. Block his number if you want, but if he really wants to call you, he may just use another phone. Screen your calls for a while until he gets the message. Or beat him up... Guys usually respond to a little abuse.

some people have more guts to do things when they get wasted. He knows he souldn't be calling you and thats why he doesnt do it when hes sober. If you have the number on caller id call him during the day and ask him not to call you again.

He didn't wanna ask you for your number cos he knows you are aware of his rep, so he asked someone else for it. It means hes interested in you.And it means you must stop answering his calls.
