If by menes, you mean menstruation, then it's different for every woman. If you have a 28 day cycle, then you ovulate about 14 days before the first day of your period. So find the first day of your period and go back 2 weeks. If your period is late or early a day or 2, it's the time after your period and before you ovulate that the irregularities occur.
There are several ways to find out when you ovulate. Taking your Basel temperature, the consistency of your mucus, or ovulation testing kits. Look into Natural Family Planning for more.

If you have a 28 day cycle it should be around 14 days. If you have a shorter or longer cycle the day would be different.
You count your cycle from the beginning of your period to the beginning of your next.
YOu can also keep a chart, every morning for the next 2 months take your tempeture before you get up, the most accurate place would be your vagina, just gently place the thermometer in, wait at least 3 minutes and read the gage. Write it down and repeat the next morning.
When there is a small raise in tempeture you are ovalating, if the tempeture does not fall back down after 3 days you are pregnant.

count 14 days from the start of your period. That is the most fertile time, about 2 days before and 2 days after that day would you be most likely to get pregnant.
for example if I started my period on the 1st of the month, I should ovulate around the 14th of the month.
