or is it ok to think that the soap running down your legs from your upper body is sufficient enough to "clean" your legs and feet? Please let me know if you are a leg scrubber or not.

Anything you want to stay young-looking, you had better exfoliate and use sunscreen after!!!! The dirt won't kill you, though.

I'm a leg scrubber and I understand your reasoning, but not all dirt and germs can be removed by the water and soap running down your legs. They need to be scrubbed as well.

Leg scrubber here. The water running down your legs does not clean them. You need to scrub them.

No you need to scrub your legs and feet, because soap running down you leg is not sufficient to clean yourself i'm sure your old enough to know how to clean yourself properly.

Your feet and legs are nearest to the ground, where most of the illness causing bacterias reside (staphylococcus etc)...your legs and feet carry you all day- they work the hardest and therefore deserve a good scrub and a bit of pampering (lotion, massage)- don't ya think?
I do more than just letting the soap run down my legs...lol. Funny.

If you bathe daily, no need to scrub because you actually can remove a lot of your body's moisture by scrubbing. If you bathe every other day, just use your hand to put the soap on your legs. No need to scrub however.

I am a leg scrubber. i think u need to take care of your feet as much as you care for the rest of your body .I use a pumice stone, salt scrub and a foot cream afterwards.

it's ok to clean your whole body... go for it. But if you're cool with just letting the water and soap run down your body, then let it be. It's all about you and what makes you feel clean and comfortable.

I scrub my feet definitely - it helps to keep them soft especially in sandal weather. I don't really scrub my legs though unless I'm doing some serious exfoliating before a tan or hair removal.
