The severe climatic conditions(heavy downpours, unbearable temperatures and freeing colds) unless these are atmospheric freaks(as they sometimes are) are the footsteps of the approaching clamatic cirrcle revolving round fully. This is a regular feature of the world and so far three Ice Ages have come and gone. The snow clad polar regions are the leftovers of the last Ice Age They are now a-melting with the effect of oceans tresspassing their boundaries, failure of crops and the world becoming increasingly uninhabitable. Man had not appeared on the world stage during the last three Ice Ages. He is not only there but has by his indescreet use of mineral oils added heat to the fire. While remedial measures are being considered and also followed in certain cases the imlementation is more symbolic than genuine. It is only to be hoped that Man may be able to face this Great Challenge but we would have to keep the fingers crossed.
