Actually, I plan on being stuffed and mounted in my living room and have a motion sensor installed so when there is movement in the room I can say humorous pre-recorded things.

Not while still alive ! But after I am dead, I do not care where I am buried, or if I am buried, or if I wear clothes, or not .
After death, My body is fertilizer, so to speak.
I am sure that there are laws of embalming , except for Religious beliefs, but honestly I would not be around to care.

Well, if you are going to have a funeral, you HAVE to be embalmed. Otherwise, it's going to be a pretty smelly service.
I, personally, want my organs donated to anyone who needs them, and the rest of me donated to a medical school as a cadaver so that students can learn to be doctors using me!

actually, i think thats ridiculous 2. once you die youre never going to be seen again (like u said) and anyway its not like you have any knowledge of where you are or feeling anything... you are dead.so i dont see why people would get embalmed. i personally want to be cremated not burried but once i die i have no idea what gets done to me

I don't, I want to be cremated. The world is too crowded as it is we don't need any more deadbeats laying around.I' am also an organ donor.
