This is not a "ask other people to do your homework site", and
how will you ever learn anything if we just give you the answer.
Now, if you're asking HOW to GET to that answer, that's
different, but still somewhere in whatever math book you're using.
So there.

A percentage is a number divided by 100. A number divided by a 100 is the same as moving the decimal two places to the left.
Therefore, 29.53% is 0.2953 in decimal form.

If you want to know your percentage on a test you divide what you got out of the total right? (eg. 43/50 you divide and you get 0.86 and then you MULTIPLY by 100 to get 86%) So if converting 29.53% to a decimal you're just doing the opposite: you DIVIDE by 100, and you should get: well, we're not here to do the work for you, do the math ;)

% means it's divided by 100 -- so if you don't want the % sign there -- you have to move the decimal 2 places to the left.
