there is no such thing as a dumb question, because if a person does not know something then they must ask to know the answer. even though some questions are dumb to us, but not to the person asking them.

I know some questions are not legitimate. Those are annoying. On the other hand, some people really don't know why what how when where or who? So they ask and maybe somebody else will know. Good for them if they learn something!
