What does this song mean its in french..anybody HELP!!!??

Question

Can anybody help me by providing a translation or even an outline to what theyre saying in this song..its in french. It is call 'Thé à la menthe' by 'La Caution' I have only found the video on the net, the link for it is:

OK, here are the words in French with a rough translation afterwards. It's pretty much a song about the state of the North African community in France and (I assume) lots of references to the riots in Paris earlier this year. Video stars Vincent Cassel, who you may recognise from La Haine - a brilliant French movie that you should watch if you can about living in the horrific housing projects hidden away from the eyes of tourists on the outskirts of Paris.
