i actually is a beginner. suppose trying to start set up a affiliate programme link to others products and services.
first , i don't have my own website,what is the 1st step and next n ... can tell me how to start set it up from a low cost ? below $100 ?
can i just register a domain name n link to other affiliate programme without hire someone design my website? is it work this way? if not , what should i do?

You just need a domain and a host. The domain is just the name, whereas the host is actually where all the data is stored. Search Yahoo for hosting site and you should get a bazillion! You don't really need someone to design it, a lot of hosting site offer templates.
