Being Bisexual is nothing to be ashamed of. You are who you are, and if ur friends are true they will accept it. Tell them bu dont purse anything see what the reactions are and if they act cool with it..maybe something will happen some day but I wouldnt push it

Heh, sound's like you're in a similar situation to me. I've found myself liking my best friend, and it's really difficult, isn't it? I'm not sure whether she feels the same, though we joke about being in a relationship often enough. I'd advise you to do the same as I've bee trying to do: ignore my feelings and not let anything happen. At the end of the day, they're your friends, and if something happened, or if you went out with one of them and broke up, your friendship would be ruined, and you could lose them both forever. It's hard, heck, I should know, but it's the best option that I can think of... Oh, and don't try to change anyone, no matter what you feel! Keep your chin up, and don't forget that you're not alone! Apparently, these thing often fade anyway...

You cannot make a person bisexual or homosexual. Sexual orientation is determined by a complex interaction of psychology and biology. Whilst some people do experience changes in their sexual orientation, its not something which can be achieved through any assisted means e.g. therapy.
Some straight girls are frightened of bisexual girls, for the fear that the bisexual girls will make moves on them and/or try to convert them into being bisexual.
You won't like this - but you're really going to have to accept the fact that you can't influence/modify your friend's sexual orientation. As bisexuals, it is sometimes hard to put ourselves in the shoes of a hetero or homosexual and visualise being only attracted to one gender. I'm a bisexual male myself, and have had similar desires/wishes towards some heterosexual males - thinking "if only they were bi or gay" - however, I know that I cannot make this happen, or I would be filthy rich indeed.

You cannot turn a straight girl into a bisexual, you are born bi just like being born straight or a lesbian/gay. Tell your friends you are bi and they might, focus on might, be bi-curious. But wouldn't you rather have them as friends? Once you take it to another level you can't just go back and change your mind. Think about all the out comes to this first.

i've been bi since 15 and I know that once I got a taste of it I loved it, but I was ready willing and able, unless your friends have said they want to make out with a girl or etc I don't think you can "turn" them bi. So, I would just try to find a guy/girl that you could be with

Hey, when I found out I liked girls, I told my best friend. She was ok with it. After a while I started liking her for something more than friendship. Then things went into the right direction, she didin't like girls but she liked me. We were in a relationship for almost 2 yrs. We had to break up because she moved away. So, it can work out, you just gotta know how to do it and push it to much.
Good luck.

The only help I can offer is English lessons. I'm guessing English isn't your first language. Perhaps an ESL course could benefit not only you, but anyone that is forced to read this sort of drivel.

first off you need to figure out if you are bi or not before you go trying to convert someone and then find out you are not what you thought you were.
Secondly, don't try to convert her, you might wish you hadn't done it, also if you try and it doesn't work you just lost a friend.
