the 3 second maximum satisfaction that you speak of is an orgasm. Orgasms are the peak and do not last very long at all - i would say 3 seconds is pretty normal in fact. All you can do to make the whole thing better is try to make the build up longer by stopping yourself just before orgasm - then although it might only still last 3 minutes, the build up will last longer and you will have a better 3 seconds at the end!

Hey, I'm 14. When I masturbate, I start out just going gently and slowly. If you start to feel like you're going to ejaculate, stop pumping and just play with your balls or your anus for a minute while your penis simmers down. If you do that, you can make your masturbation sessions as log as you want! As for the "maximum satisfaction" you talked about --- sorry, that will only last a few seconds.

Let me first say...I do NOT have a penis....so I'm just going from my viewing experiences......I think the men who have answered misunderstood your question...or maybe I am. I think if you change your speed (go fast until you are right there ...to the point of no return and then go slow and then fast again) you will enjoy your solo session longer...giving yourself more pleasure.
