You can't find out someone's name that way. Even if you use the IP address to find their general location or internet service provider, there's no way to get their name from that. If it's someone you don't want emailing you, though, stop emailing him back. It's just an encouragement.

You cannot typically find out the identity of someone by there ip address unless you are a law enforcement agency.
