Heeeelp! Java/ByteVerify virus & trojan horse!?

Hi! AVG alerted me, It found 4 of the java/byte & a trojan, wont remove them. I look online for help & see differing-CONFUSING fixes. Not everyone is educated on this stuff! I'd appreciate any help! It looks really difficult to understand & I am anxious to remove them before they do damage! Thanks! <~Ivy

Up to now, if nothing happened to your computer, don't afraid.
It seems to a virus for java programs.

to remove the virus, download the program ssf-snr-a-setup3601.exe ,and then run it, from the site:
