Not sure what you mean by move or vibration, but any contact of semen or pre-ejaculate on or near the vaginal opening, can result in pregnancy if the woman is on or near her time of ovulation.

The only way a girl will get pregnant is if any of the semen or sperm enters the womans vagina. All that has to happen is a tiny bit of it enter her vagina and she has a chance of getting pregnant.
