be your self, also always remember first impression last so don't get too close to them at first, know your girls first because there a lot of girls that have different personality. Adopt to them and learn there interest, that way you could talk to them more and don't always brag yourself. Let them be comfortable at your side. when you feel you can talk to them with ease, let that instict of the man do the rest....

Make sure that you are cleaned up nicely, dressed well, etc. Then be polite and nice to the girls you are interested in. After they seem comfortable, ask them to go do something fun, like ice skating for example. Then go from there.

Don't be a nice guy. Treat them like crap. Give them attention in a not approving way. And they'll be curious on why this guy doesn't like me and then they'll try to win your affection. And make sure you throw in a back handed compliment to keep them in check and she'll be all over you...i.e. "I don't care what other people said about you, but I think You're Hot"

First you need to be clean. This shows that you care about yourself. Then you just need to be yourself. If you just act like you usually act, someone will be attracted to it. If you have a great outlook on life and really know who you are instead of trying to act like someone else, you will be successful in your search.
