A technician does what a mechanic does, but at $5 more per hour.

A technician know how you broke it in the first place and when your going to break it again. Plus they can tell you what to do not to break it (but you'll ignore them anyway)

knows most bikes in and out but some go more in depth as far as specific models and brands example H-D's or Honda. service up keep tire changes
