Scout and Jem meet Dill, Jem rolls Scout in the tire to the Radley place and she hears laughter, Jem and Scout are teased becuaswe of the Tom Robinson and Mayella Ewell case, the Ewells win the case, Bob Ewell says "One down, two to go" after Tom dies because Jem and Scout are the other 2, Jem gets attacked by Bob Ewell, Boo Radley kills Bob Ewell, but the sheriff takes Bob's switchblade away so that it would look like Bob Ewell fell on his own knife.

Beautiful book and great movie. I would highly recommend it.

The book is much deeper than the movie, although the movie is extremely well done.

if you tell your teacher it is race relations in the south at that period of time they Will slap you silly. they want you to focus on the indifference in people not based on race but based on the characteristics of friendship and quality of life in that era. as well as the fact that in that period of time racism was huge, this book not only talks about how hatred can be seen with color but also the hate of other not even knowing who they are based on what you know about them.

3, she gets scared of being told she's a 'whore' and having her name ruined. So
