I agree - you cannot move the start button - you can move the entire bar to any side of the screen (top, bottom, left, right)

You can move the start button, change the icon, and even the text, BUT, you can't do it easily, in that there is no program out there to do it, you have to edit the explorer.exe file directly.
The changes would likely get wiped out on the next update, and editing the file violates the EULA that we know everyone has read and follows.

no way.windows start button will always stay at the left conner.if you want to change it to the right just drag your taskbar to right but your taskbar will look wired you know.your start button will have at the upper right of ur moniter.
