after men ejaculates there is the refractory period. is it always 15 min or not for everybody thesame? my bf, have to wait long hours to et another one, like 3 hours or sometimes he does not ejaculate again. is it ok?

This can be normal- a refractory period can last anyway from a few minutes to a few hours. You can read more here

Refractory period has no standard figure for all men, I don't think you can have such since there are just too many variables. But
if it is a highly unusually long time, it could be something organic,
prostrate, anything. He should see a urologist, or, you should get
a porn star boyfriend (they really don't ejaculate like that every 2 minutes you know- those scenes are all spliced in) Juz kiddin.
Ask a doctor if there is an average, but I doubt it. A REASONABLE time yes, an average no. There probably IS a
standard though for what is NOT a good refractory time.

Unless it's a boy at their sexual peak around 17-18, this is very normal.
