I just spoke with Yahoo Small Business Technical support about this very same issue. They say it is possible. It requires a fax authorization of both parties involved however. I expect to be performing the process in the coming week.

In my experience you can't. If you sell a domain you have to give the other person your access point to the account. They have no provisions for transferring between existing Yahoo ID's. I went through this earlier this year.
PS - I'd be delighted if someone can show me how I'm wrong on this one. I went 'round and 'round for a week with customer service trying to relinquish control of a domain to someone.
