It actually has nothing to do with hair...people bleach the skin in that area to make it lighter and more attractive...I think it's mostly porn stars.

Actually, its the bleaching of the actual skin, not the hairs. Its getting to be really popular with celebrities

Well it's a cream for your anus that will bleach the hair rather than shaving it or having it waxed which is painful. alot of people are doing it.

Ok yuck... it is when people don't want their butt hole hairs to look obvious so they have them bleached to blend in more with the skin. I presume this is mostly for strippers and wh0res.

ha ha its when people bleach the skin round their hole to make it less brown. you don't have to worry about it unless you're a porn star really

A hot topic racing across the Internet is the subject of Anal Bleaching. People are desperate to know if it is real or just another urban myth. Well, Crappers Quarterly went under cover and behind the scenes to find out the truth about Anal Bleaching and its sister treatment Vaginal Bleaching.

The first thing you need to know about Anal Bleaching is that it is REAL! Anal Bleaching is a growing trend started as a response to waxing salon customers who were concerned that their anal and vaginal areas were dark. From our research, two salons are on the forefront of this issue and have been innovators in this new trend.

One salon was recently featured on E! Network's program Dr. 90210 which highlights interesting and unusual cosmetic procedures. A recent episode showcased customer and porn star Tabitha Stevens having the treatment done. Another, located in Sydney Australia, was working with celebrity customers down under. Your's truly contacted these salons to find out more about the procedure and how each of them got started.

Originally, anal and vaginal lightening was discovered by adult film stars, dancers, models, beauty-concious celebrities and others on the forefront of the waxing trend who were "exposed" and wanted to enhance the appearance of the anal, vaginal and other areas. However, they had to go to special salons and use harsh chemicals that could have potentially harmful side effects. As the popularity of bikini waxing grew, more waxing customers began noticing that their genital areas were darker than normal. It became a genuine concern from regular housewives and people in general. And the requests were coming in more and more.

Discoloration of the anal and vaginal areas can be caused by aging, hormonal changes from pregnancy and more. As more people discover bikini waxing (especially the ultra-revealing Brazilian), the more we need to pay attention to how we look once the hair is removed. Anal and vaginal lightening (also known as anal bleaching) is becoming increasingly popular because it can diminish dark, unsightly discoloration or pigmentation. However, there wasn't a consumer product truly suitable for use in sensitive areas. Most skin lighteners use harsh chemicals that can have side effects. Now, all of that has changed! Now, any man or woman who wants anal and vaginal beauty enhancement can use this product in the comfort of their own home.

To respond to the incredible demand for a safe, gentle product for Anal and Vaginal bleaching a company called South Beach Skin Solutions™ has launched their Lightening Gel for Sensitive Areas. It is specifically formulated for lightening the anal, vaginal, breast, face and other sensitive areas. Unlike other skin lighteners, their Lightening Gel for Sensitive Areas is very gentle and does not contain potentially harmful or irritating chemicals such as Kojic Acid or Hydroquinone. The highly-advanced, all-natural active ingredients in their Lightening Gel are designed to gently lighten dark pigmented areas by blending them with your own natural skin tone providing you with a fresher, more youthful look. So safe and gentle you can use right after waxing and in the comfort of your own home! Of course, you can use on age spots and other skin discolorations too. Works with all skin types including Caucasian, African-American, Asian and others.

According to the company, this is a revolutionary formula like nothing else in the marketplace. Here is why. They explained that to achieve lasting lightening, you cannot just whiten or "bleach" the top layer of skin as it will eventually slough off and expose the layers of natural (darker) skin below. To solve this problem, they have developed a special formula that uses a combination of methods to produce the most effective long-term results. First, the Gel gently exfoliates the skin to prepare it. Then, it delivers a blend of natural skin de-pigmentation and whitening agents deep into the layers of the skin. These gently lighten the skin and reduce the activity of Tyrosinase (the enzyme responsible for skin darkening) in the lower layers of the skin. Soothing agents provide a gentle moisturizing treatment to protect. As newer skin comes to the surface, you see a lighter skin tone that blends with your natural skin tone. By working in combination with gentle exfoliating, pigment inhibiting and skin whitening, it produces excellent results in most users of all skin types. SBSS is:

-All-Natural
-Hypo-Allergenic & Non-Comedogenic
-Alcohol-Free
-No Perfumes or Fragrances
-No Animal Testing
-No Parabens

As part of our investigation, CQ contacted a number of waxing salons, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists and other skin care professionals around the country to see if they were aware of Anal Bleaching or if they were performing the service. Here in Miami where we were able to conduct personal interviews the reaction was one of initial shock and extreme interest. But we found no one who had heard of it before.

Then we attempted to interview various businesses across the northeast, midwest and west coast. We even contacted a famous Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, but no one was able to provide any further information as they simply didn't believe Anal Bleaching was real. Well, now they know better.
