Well, you were both minors, a bit young to be having sex, but its not like he was your brother. If you truly don't feel bad about it and he doesn't either, them why would it be wrong? From some of the answers here i can tell you that the wrong thing is asking other people's opinions.

Wrong for the age but in general not wrong - I have a cousin who is technically married to her step-nephew. Her brother who is older is married to someone else who already had kids so now they hooked up and are married and have two beautiful daughters.
I think it is strange in a since since that is technically her sister in-law. So that makes her the kids Aunt and Grandma at same time.

14 is too young to have sex. Secondly it was your brother. Who cares if it's your "step" brother. You are still related and I think that is very odd.
