I do not have health insurance. I saw on Discovery Health that you could use leeches and a sewing kit to put them back on. I have the bleeding under control. I have a sewing kit in the attic. Where is a good place to catch leeches. Should I look under rocks and in the basement?

Go to the ER immediately. Worry about your fingers first. You could get the area infected. Worry about how to pay later. Don't even try to sew/leech your fingers back on. It's not safe.

sorry, dude; i do not belive you that you cut off two of your fingers. thats just too much pain to go online asking how to sow them back on (a specialist needs to do that, or how else do you want to catch all the little blood vessles or nerves???). ive seen many people loosing their limbs - its a tremendous amount of pain, for the sowing part you use a huge load of pain meds, + the wound needs to be cleaned:
im not for sure: but as far as i remember you have medicaid in the us where the gov pays for your emergency treatment???
so if you are relly hurt, go to the er for treatment NOW!
after a max of 3 hours the limbs cannot be saved anymore, thats the absolute max time (usually 1 hour!).
see a doc near you for more advice!

You need to go to the ER immediately for treatment- there is no at-home method to treat this and this can greatly lead to infection, which can cause even more problems. Most hospitals/clinics these days are willing to work out some type of payment plan.

How dumb. Leeches live in the mud of ponds, and lakes. Sheesh. I would use fishing line to reatach the fingers. It's good and strong.

I use super glue when i cut mine off. My fingers are very stiff now.
