I am 20 years old, and I MUST have a car by next Wednsday (July 5th.) I am arriving in Newark airport, but would prefer to rent in Brooklyn. I'm really desparate, so I don't mind going out of my way to get a car.

I live in NJ and sadly you wont be able to rent a car..stupid rules :(
If you are really desperate for wheels though...I have heard of people renting a small uhaul truck...some uhaul places even have small pickups you can drive....and you only have to be 18 to do that
