Zhang Yimou's The Road Home. It's so under-rated, but Ziyi Zhang's performance is sooo heart-breaking! Especially when she's running up and down those meadows to catch up with the man she loves and she drops her bowl and it BREAKS! And then she cries like a little girl, it's soo sooo sad.
Dancer in the Dark is also extremely sad. And it's shot kinda like a documentary so it feels super REAL. I was dying by the time they executed Bjork's character.

One of the saddest movies I've seen is "Gia" and it's based on a person's true life, but worth watching, has meaning.

I think the two movies that have made me cry the most are Life as a house , and the Notebook. They are both wonderful movies but you just cannot stop the tears. Life as a house is one that not everyone has seen and it is wonderful, yet it makes tears stream down my face.

Gia, Philadelphia, paris texas, killing fields, Requim for a Dream, sid and nancy, basketball diarys, boys on the side, flowers in the attic, Jack, Bicentennial Man , boys don't cry.;....and the elephant man... there are prolly a load more... but off the top of my head they are the ones i can think of that upset me when i watched them!!!

An old black and white movie from 1959 called Imitation of life - its just a corny tearjerker and the ending gets me every single time.
