By talking about the things you are going to do to each other. Sometimes the girl describes something sexy she is wearing, like stockings and a garter belt, g-string, shelf bra etc. the thing is the guy never knows if she is or isn't, so its like telephone role playing. sometimes if I son;t believe my gf when I am out of town she will rub her legs together on the phone so I can her her nylons. Of course she could be rubbing her hands together for I know, but it works for me.
