They don't have to fight, it that they have been told that they were worth more than blacks, and basicly we were they pet to do with what they wanted. Now that we have grown and are at a day and age people see that we are all the same just a different skin color. But even now you still have some people who have not adpatted to blacks and whites coming together as one. Change is a slow process, as all as we keep the fight up for equal right it we be one day.

I hope you mean" and vise versa". Because there have, understandably, been some hard adjustments that have needed to be made over the last 150 years. All the changes that have been made to make things better for blacks, make things worse for the white's. It's not our generations fault for what happened so long ago but our generation gets to suffer and watch the things we were conditioned to having, get taken away. This generation of blacks has seen nothing but progress for them and they are still complaining. It will never be enough. White's won't get retributions for having to deal with this issue day in and day out. It's all a damn shame but only blacks get any sympathy for a problem that has plagued us all and that we have all had to live with.

Why do people keep generalising, we are all pretty much the same. I'm Australian, we are having huge problems with our youth, it is nothing to do with nationalities as much as plain bad manners and selfishness. Young people are wanting more and willing to do less to get it. They are self centred and it is our (the parents) fault for spoiling the little buggers because we had it so tough and did without. We had corporal punishment at school, homework, housework/chores, less to eat, more sport and less television. Were seen but not heard and sent outside to play instead of sitting around listening to our parents whingeing about how fat they are, how much debt their in, and how they want a divorce.

If you got your a hole smacked as often as our generation you would be more appreciative of every thing and wouldn't need to be worrying, why White's fight blacks and visa versa.

In fact, I find your question somewhat distastefully worded - why didn't you put 'the whites' when you used the term 'the blacks'? Presumably, you have some racially controversial views then?? Do you feel that whites are more deserving of the term 'people' than black people? You need to question your own views!

I dont think we do. I treat everyone how i treat myself except if there ignorant and thats white people too, but im sick of hearing how we treat black like there still slaves some people do but most people dont and some black people treat white people like trash so it shouldnt matter

Because it is human nature for people to judge other people who are different from them, whether the difference be one of color, nationality, language, or any other factor. Of course, this is wrong but that is how people are. Also, people enjoy having scapegoats that they can place blame upon so that they don't have to take on the responsibility for their own faults and shortcomings..... ;)
