I am an athlete (13 years old) training for the 200 meter hurdles my current time is 29.77 and i placed 4th overall in my region 2 meet and came in 1st in my heat, does any one have any tips for me to prepare for nationals in virginia in lowering my time and improving my hurdling form

mayne i say u just dont jump over the hurdles u run through the hurdles, and wehen u run run at full speed so u dont stutter wehen your about 2 glide over them hurdles, i know this becaussim a hurdler my self and i had 2 lear nall this by myself i was my own coach altough i had coches none of dem knew crap about hurdles so i learned everything the hard way and i am headed 2 nationals dis year 2 but i was number 1 see u in virginia

Don't ask here. Cept for the ones telling you to get a REAL coach they are all not as good as you anyway.. and you know why that is.. THEY DON'T KNOW EITHER!
