There is a family of spiders sometimes called
daddylonglegs spiders, the family Pholcidae. This
is a very misleading name; this family is more often
called cellar spiders or just pholcids.
In Britain a daddylonglegs is an insect, called a
cranefly, harmless. In the United States a daddy-
longlegs is a phalangid, a different order of
arachnids from spiders. These are called, in other
places, harvestmen.
Phalangids, daddylonglegs, harvestmen, which
ever they are called, produce bad-smelling
secretions to repel predators. These might be
poisonous if they were swallowed in large enough amount, but there is little danger of anyone's
eating daddylonglegs, considering their smell.
Daddylonglegs are NOT venomous. Some of
them are large enough they could probably break
the skin with their chelicerae (their "jaws") but the
bite would be harmless. This myth, that they are
poisonous, seems to have appeared only about
15 years ago, source unknown.

I cant believe no one took the time to research this one : Misconceptions
There is an urban legend stating that Daddy long-legs spiders have the most potent venom of any spider, but that their chelicera (fangs) are either too small or too weak to puncture human skin; the same legend is also repeated of the harvestman, called "Daddy Longlegs" in some locales). Indeed, pholcid spiders do have a short fang structure (called uncate). However, brown recluse spiders also have uncate, but are able to deliver potentially fatal bites. Either pholcid venom is not toxic to humans or there is a musculature difference between the two arachnids, with recluses, being hunting spiders, possessing stronger muscles for fang penetration.
Pholcid venom has never been scientifically tested on mammals. This would normally require milking the spiders and injecting the venom into humans or mice. In any case, there are no known cases of a pholcid spider ever biting a human and causing any serious effects.

First off i have heard this statment many of times but to my belife i think that it is a sham becasue there are many spiders in the world first how are we to know they are the most poisenes when all the spiders havent been discovered second they can bite you between the fingers or in other places. And third i would rather take my chances with a daddy long leg then a Brown Recluse or a Green tree spider were there venom can kill you in a matter of seconds.

Nope they are not, the most poisonous creature is the Jack Jumper ant found in Austalia . One bite can kill person in a half hour with a massave nuro collasp. This and jumps, is very fast and has no fear of anything . It is very aggresive. Since it is able to break the human skin and 1 untreated bite will kill , it is the most dangerous as well as poisonous . By sheer body weight and small amount of venom the Jack jumper is thr most poisonous based on amount of venom used by it versus other poisons produced by other creatures .

i imagine darkish skin is impressive! i'm no longer purely conserving that. i'm very light, and do not intend on going to an undesirable tanning sales area anytime quickly. That stated, i recognize darker skin. i imagine we are born with what we are born with. I had commented on a youtube video of Tyra and a sort who became conserving how she not in any respect felt incredibly because she became darkish. I pronounced in my remark that being white, besides the actual incontrovertible reality that idealized by society over the years, isn't something to be valued anymore. Or, a minimum of, it should not be valued anymore. skin colour won't be able to outline someone. I pronounced the way it sucks that we get moles, sunlight burns (impressive red tomato skin( that peels), and turn red from workout. i imagine there are alluring women in each ethnic team, and as i had stated in accordance to Tyra's video, "the victorian era is over, so why are we nevertheless captivated with light skin." My aspect is that you're desirable purely the way you're. this is like the blonde vs. brunette debate. There are blondes with prettier faces/ brunettes/ red heads/ black hair...etc. finally, only a extra remark...my sister's desirable chum has impressive brown skin, and feels like a sort. i imagine that is a shame that there are this kind of huge volume of folk who choose in accordance to skin colour even as this is this kind of trivial topic.

The most poisonous thing on earth is some kind of snail thing. I forgot the proper name. But a US Navy Marine was recreational diving and he was posing beside 2 of them for a picture, when one of them, quick as lightening stabbed him in the neck and killed him in less then 3 seconds. This was a fully fit, able bodied marine in perfect health. It killed him in 3 seconds.
