no there is a slight difference in it,,as far as size goes,,also on some of the older 400,s they had a drain plug on the converter,,and i wish ,,all transmission,s now day,s had drain plug,s,,but they don't,,you can tell the difference in a 350 and a 400,,but at first look a lot of people get them confused,,hope this help,s.
