The refrees clearly cheated in the game. Germany is not a match for Argentina

Not by a whole mile, but I agree that Argentina was the best team. We just suffered bad coaching mistakes, bad referees, and overall, bad luck (especially Abbondanzieri).

Well that is football my friend, tough luck. Argentina had great talent, great fan base but they were simply outcoached at this stage of the game. Peckerman actually thought that his team based on flair and moving pieces, and quick strike offense, could just lay down after an early goal and defend against a powerful German team for 70 minutes. It was obvious the minute they started going away from their game plan that Germany would score. And since the subsitutions were already done Argentina had no offensive weapons left on the field. Riquelme and Crespo coming out and especially when one of the players replacing them was not Messi, dug their own grave. Argentina maybe the Champion of your heart and many will say that for Brazil but the truth of the matter is the games go on until Sunday.

think about it, brasil played really poorly against france. italy kind of sucks. i love portugal but they probably wont win.
if argentina had won against germany, i think they could have won the world cup.

If the coach had not done some dumb subs, I would agree with you. However, the "team" includes the coach.
