He needs some sort of help. Not the first time that he has been redcarded and from the looks of it not the last either.Doubt if he will ever learn.Overpaid overrated and immature. The new "Pele" more like the next "Gazza".Another flawed player.

Not at all. I think he needs to calm down a little and control his temper. Rooney knew all along that if he or any other player pushes another you are going to get sent off. It was an act of stupidity that he will regret for a long time to come. Im am English and I am not blaming Wayne Rooney for England getting Knocked out of the world cup im just saying he didnt help our cause either. The best treatment for Wayne Rooneys brain is get on with playing great football for Manchester United & England and lead them both to future glory.

Before asking this question - Look up Psychiatric in the dictionary!
Why do so many people seem to think the Psychiatric means 'ugly'!
Does the fact that he doesn't look like that plastic faced cross dressing mincer Ronaldo make him a worse player? or Pyscho?
No it does'nt!
Funny how all the peeps calling Him ugly have no picture on their profiles...
It wasn't even a massive push!!
And NOTHING compared to the Argentinian who headbutted that German when they lost!! And you call us sore losers! Tut.
I I bet its hot in your glass houses today guys!!

Why does he need psychiatric help? Even the best psychiatrist won't be able to help him. He's just a bit stupid and act before thinking.

No, he just needs more guidance and mentoring. Moyes seemed to do a good job of this at Everton but since he went to MU, he has gotten worse.
Perhaps Becks should help out and give him a crash course on how to handle being a well-paid football star.

You know what they say "If you can't stand the heat, step out of the kitchen" I don't think he should be allowed to play for England again.

i think he's just young and hot headed.
a little more experience in similar situations will hopefully help him channel his frustration more effectively. he was just a little too pissed off during that last game. i don't blame him; portugal was getting pretty physical.
