You must mean, what is the easiest way to protect yourself from yourself when you feel you want to commit suicide.
Go and see your doctor who can give you something for depression and will refer you to councellors who can show you how to get meaning back in your life.
Book yourself into a hospital if that doesn't work to have doctors look more closely at your situation.
Think about your family & friends and what they mean to you, how it would hurt them, how you would take the bottom out of their world to lose you, how all their life they would always wonder what they could have done to help, how to fill up that big hole you put in their life, feeling the pain of carrying around a big emptiness that was the light of you.
Get involved with volunteer work - try and teach yourself how to give of yourself , help people in need, make a diffence to people's lives where you can.
All of us have so much to give to thi\ose worse off than we are and so few are willing to give it. Dont be one of them.

there is no easy way to commit suicide and why are you asking that question you need to get some help if that is what you want to do you are obviously depressed and need someone to talk to you.I dont know you but if this is a choice you are making you need to understand that you will not only take your life but it will effect the people that love you too and it is against the law so just do the right thing and get help i care even though i dont know you

Since you posted this question, I bet you're just seeking attention in this cry for help. I would suggest that you seek counseling and try to work on your life, not how to end it.
