I'd have to say the Far West End of Henrico County. They have the lowest crime rate, they receive the highest amount of tax monies & ALL of the social amenities. Well established neighborhoods, almost all of which have Crime-Watch.

I stay in Northern Virginia - not Richmond. Richmond is like another huge city - it has its solid neighborhoods and its undesirable neighborhoods. even if, because you're thinking attending college there - inspect VCUs website. they have have information on campus existence, existence off campus and protection and VCU. the faculty is your first selection for studying extra about the position you'd be residing.
