I AGREE WITH ALL THE ANSWERS,
MAYBE HE HAD A ROUGH DAY, ATE TO MUCH DINNER, MAYBE HE DRANK TOO MUCH ALCOHOL, MAYBE THE PRESSURE OF A GREAT NIGHT IN BED,, PROBABLY, IT IS NO BIG THING, SHE (the wife, your cousin) DID NOT SAY IT WA S AFTER EVERY TIME THEY HAD SEX,,,
IF HE DID THROW UP, IT WAS "AFTER", WHICH MEANS TO ME THAT IF SHE, HAD SOMETHING THAT WAS A TURN OFF, (NOT CLEAN), HAD AN OFFENSIVE ODOR, HE WOULD HAVE THROWN UP AT THAT MOMENT, SO IF IT WAS AFTER, MAYBE THE NIGHT WAS TOO WARM, HE IS GETING THE FLU, HE OV ER ATE, OVER DRANK, DID A DRUG THT HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH,,, I DO NOT THINK IT IS TOO BIG OF A DEAL TO FREAK OUT AND TELL A COUSIN, AND THEN ANNOUNCE IT ON THE WORLD WIDE INTERNTET, PLEASE GIVE THE GUY A BREAK,, AND NOT PUSH ANY PANICK BUTTONS, THE PANICK BUTTON TO BE ANNOUNCED SHOULD BE MORE SIGNIFIGANT THAN ONE PERSONS "PERSONAL SEX LIFE"
I DO HOPE THAT NO ONE EVER INTRODUCES ME TO THE WORLD BY A GOSSIP, AND WHY WOULD A COUSIN GO TO SUCH EXTREME TO FIND AN ANSWER THAT IS NONE OF "HER OR "BUSINESS"? JUST WORRY ABOUT THE WORLD IN GENERAL, IRAQ, THE COST OF GASOLINE, IS KOREA PLANNING A SURPRISE, IS SATAN SORRY FOR HIS ACT AGAIINST GOD, AND DOES HE WANT ANOTHER CHANCE? (TO BE GOOD OF COURSE)

Maybe he was very excited or nervous, cause any time I'm about to do public speaking or sing. Most times i throw up.

Maybe he had an upset stomach, and all that exertion set him off.

He could have been sick already but he didn't want to miss out on sex... or they could have had a really intense romp that made him sick. It doesn't sound that weird really... people get sick sometimes... oh well... not a big turn on, but hey... sh*t happens.
