What do you mean by real human? Human is a Human no matter Adam or Eve or you? just their ranks are different. Prophets, Saints, Scientists, doctors, player etc.

Anyone who spends at least some portion of their day thinking about someone besides themselves... their family... their community... state...country... and if you don't just think about it, but do something about it ( donate time or money ) then you are not just a human... you are a humanitarian.
