Thank you Hassen and Merhaba, I think I will feel comfortable there as being Turkish.

There are no warnings in Tunisia. In fact, once you are there you will find that it is rather a peaceful and easy going place. And contrary to what the first person said, you won't get kidnapped by militants. The Tunisian government is strict, and there is a local joke that says between a cop and a cop, you find another cop. Trust me, it's safe here.

Hammet is filled with wonderful resteraunts, shops, disco, golf courses, and beaches. Yasmine Hammamet is the more touristicy zone, with tons of hotels, a beautiful medina, and an ammusement park called CathageLand. It cost 15 Dinars per person to get in, wheter you ride the rides or not, but it is worth it.

Being in Hammamet, you are also very close to Nabeul, which is famous for it's oranges. It too is very historical and has many nice places of interest, plus lovely beaches.

I know that you will have a good time when you come! Marhaba!
