i don't think he should quit.

he's really a good player overall. i wasn't unimpressed by his performance at all. okay, granted he has a few injuries he needs to take care of, but he's not THAT old and he doesn't suck.

i think people just expect too much of him. i agree with the first comment, too. there was a probability that england could have lost the match before the quaterfinals.

I think David Beckham will play for a few more years Internationally, he will for sure go to the EURO 2008. As for playing 2010, I think they is a small chance he will, but he will not play a huge role.

He has a few years left. You were unimpressed? You do know because of him England beat Paraguay and Equadors. If not for him, England would have been eliminated in the group stage.

Beckham has expressed interest to play his last years of football in the MLS. The whole idea is a marketing scheme for the MLS to draw more fans to the league. Also Ronaldo of Real Madrid (club team) and Brazil has expressed interest also to play in the MLS.

hes 30. even if he doesnt quit, hes only gonna get worst. and true, he wasnt anything fantastic in this world cup...yeah he made a few goals but he barely touched the ball. he should retire already. its not like he cant afford to.
