I gave birth to my fisrt daughter in March of 05. SInce then I have hated music video, all of them. The women in them are just about naked except for little pieces of material that barly cover there nipples and viginas. The butt is no longer left to the imagination all. With the way they have sex, I mean dance, you should be requierd to wear a condum to watch them. I hate for my daughter to watch videos because I don't want her to think that acting and dressing like that is okay.

You are a unique woman! Well not all music videos are bad, you can select and let her watch those that are good and as she grows let her know why you don't watch all. Remember if you don't let her watch any when she grows up she might watch them from her friends place and then will lose confidence in your words. That will be too bad. Teach her how to be selective rather than absolutely keeping them out of bound.

I don't think so. My children are only allowed to watch Nick, Disney, Fox Kids, PBS, and Cartoon Network. Even these channels get a little dirty after hours, so stay on guard.

hun, i think you have answered your own question....if it repulses you to see it, then your 1 year old should not be watching it....thats how it begs with 11year old wearing makeup and flirting with boys and getting in touble...
