Pretreat a perspiration stain by rubbing the area with baking soda. Or, soak the fabric for one hour in water in which you've dissolved three aspirin.
To remove old yellow stains, spray oven cleaner on the spot and let it dry. Take care not to get any on your skin.
For yellowed white cottons or linens: Wash in hot water and twice as much detergent. Stop the cycle 15 minutes in and soak the clothing for 15 minutes. Start again and repeat the cycle.

Well hopefully your tees won't be seen in the interview. There really isn't a way to get rid of the stains, You can bleach and bleach but they don't really go away. This is why underwear is considered disposable to a point. You are protecting your nicer clothes from the staining. So, once your t-shirts get ratty or stained toss them out (or cut them up and use them as rags) and buy some new ones.

Spray Shout directly to the stain and rub. Let it sit and then wash with bleach, if this does not work it's time to buy some new tee's.
You say you have an interview today, you may want to go ahead and buy some tee's.

You should probably wear a nicer shirt than a white t-shirt to an interview if you want the job. Try a button-down shirt over the t-shirt (button it of course).
You can also wear off-white or some other color shirt.

Sweat has a Ph level that causes yellow stains. Try Shout! If stain removers don't work, there's no other choice but to toss the tee.

Bleach always works, try a new deodorant, or soak your t-shirts in detergent and water ( bleach too, but not to long) after you where them, right away, before washing to keep stain from setting. Cold water also keeps stains from setting, not hot.

Try allowing your armpits to air out more. Let them breathe. And maybe you try another brand of deoderant that is anti-perspirant. In the mean time, what job interview do you wear t-shirts to anyway?!

With a good stain remover or bleach. Goop is my favorite stain remover, it works well on everything. This weekend it got grass stains out of jeans.

Throw them away and buy new. BTW, t-shirts are not job interview attire. Wear something a little dressier. First impressions DO count. Good luck!! : )

Use a pretreater before you wash them. IF you're wanting to get rid of the spots right now, it's probably not going to happen.
Anything that will clean it immediately is probably going to be irritating to you.
