From Internet Explorer click on Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab. Under the heading "Browsing" make sure there's a check mark by both Disable Script Debugging options, and make sure there is NO check mark by Display A Notification For Every Script Debugging Error

Sounds like you have a spyware program (trying) to run on your PC. It is trying to access a server with "ads" (notice the name of the http).

Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove the spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. They are all free downloads

Hopefully once the spyware is gone, the error will go away as well.

Click "no" on the first message. I'm not sure about the second one.
