I assume you mean, JC Penney and yes, I believe it's open. If you have a telephone, you can always look the number up in the phonebook under JC Penney and find out. In fact , that's always a good idea for whatever place you're going to visit near a holiday, just to be sure you don't go on a wild goose chase!
