seriously lay off the mascara for a couple weeks and NOTiCE a huge difference! and use castor oil and vaseline instead! : )
CASTOR OiL and VASELiNE! rub on your eyelashes before you go to sleep each night for a couple of weeks!
i was skeptical at first! really skeptical...i was like this is never going to work..but it's worth a shot....and what do you KNOW! it woRKED!!
i've stopped wearing mascara for a few weeks now to give my eyelashes a break....[just laying off the mascara helps your eyelashes to grow stronger]...i know it's really hard to go without mascara [i used to look like death without wearing it!] but nOW! after just 2 weeks of rubbing castor oiL into my lashes at night...my eyelashes have gotten noticeably longer! and DARKER! especially for my bottom lashes that were almost non-existant! i am so haPpy with the results!!!
so yeah...just give your eyelashes a much needed break and they will THANK Y OU for it! and the casor oiL works wonders!

also there is this TALiKA stuff...it's supposed to stimulate eyelash growth...i haven't tried it yet...[because i'm getting such good results with the cASTOR oiL...[you can get it at your local drug store]

I have very thin and sparse eyelashes could not wear mascara because they all clumped, I looked like I had spider legs for eyelashes!!! Well my girl friend told me about Maybelline XXL mascara, it has a primer and mascara, well low and behold it worked well for me, it doesn't clump and my lashes are long, it sold me and it's under 9 bucks! The primer helped alot.

maybelline XXL is really good - i used to use that and really liked it - it made my lashes really long and thick... but then i discovered L'Oreal Volume Shocking mascara and i love that even more! i have short lashes and have experimented with so many different mascaras and this one has worked better than any for me... i'm always shocked every day when i put it on my how amazingly long and thick it makes my lashes look!

Nothing will actually make your lashes longer.
Try curling mascare from "The Body Shop"
It's great. Also remember to use an eyelash curler before applying. You can dust a little translucent powder on them first too.
