Fox news has divided the media?

If so, only into the mindless liberal media who are out for their own gain vs. the fair and balanced coverage of Fox news.

And when is an alternate point of view spilling hate? It is about being open minded.

Try reading The Washington Times vs. The Washington Post - same thing. The Times is fair and balanced, The Post is liberal and self-serving.

Look at the New York Times - they give information about top secret government programs that are CATCHING THE TERRORISTS out to the public, and to those terrorists who we are trying to catch! That is treason, and it is counterproductive to our anti-terrorism efforts.

AND, if you want to talk about lies, look at Dan Rather, liberal guru of all media - he lied about President Bush's military record, and no one screamed for his removal from his job, or even questioned his credibility, which in my opinion was destroyed by that incident.

The liberal media lies constantly, and makes news out of drivel. That is why most children's heros are hyped up celebrities who can't stay married for more than 2 days, and have 5 kids out of wedlock rather than the men and women who fight to keep our country safe and free.

Well, FOX news was established to counteract all the liberal news stations out there, like CNN and MSNBC. I'd agree that FOX is very conservative, but when compared to the liberal biases of other stations, it's really not bad. It's actually quite a nice balance. I just wish someone could actually create a news station that had no balance whatsoever, but I suppose that's pretty impossible.

It has just about taken over the news media. How can that be good? A right-winged one-sided view of politics. I bet you can't find one member or affiliate or regular listener of Fox that is not either or all:
republican, wealthy, powerful, Christian, extremely narrow minded and cold hearted (except for their own).
Or a wannabe.

Hahahahah. The mind of a little boy is trully comical. Yes, son, all of the media should be the same, a cabal, using pool reporting and giving us the liberal slant from the past 50 years. God forbid that you get your news from somewhere else other than Puffington.com and the Daily Kos. MORON.

Fox news is a travesty of journalism. Forgive me for paraphrasing this quote: Conservatives use Fox News the same way a drunk uses a lamp post, not for illumination but to prop themselves up.

No. The media needed to be divided. As for hate and lies, I guess that we were so used to the tripe on NBC, CBS, ABC, and CNN that anything different seems like hate and lies.

In the contrary, Fox News is the BEST thing to happen to the US media. It provides counter-balance to the left-winged media such as CNN, CBS, PBS...

Fox News is all FAIR & BALANCED.

Bottom line - If FOX NEWS is upsetting the left, then it's doing an excellent job.
The left is all about diversity of opinion, as long as it's their opinion. Otherwise, sand-by to be shouted down and called a bigot, intolerant, and racist.

Yes Fox and CNN are both Government propaganda news channels but as long as we know that we can watch honest news channels that tell the truth about what is really going on .

I like Kookoo Bananas' face! Thanks David for voting for my answer on another question as the best.
I actually caught my husband watching Fox once as an experiment. Maybe Fox could hire Rush Limbaugh as a sportscaster, since he was cast off by ESPN.
