try on clothes you wouldn't normally give a second glance. You might find something really cute that you wouldn't have before. Ask the salesgirls for help if your mom or friends aren't available.
I personally like curly hair, but straightening it would be a different look. Get a consultation from the girls at MAC or Clinique, they never steer you wrong. But let them know it's ONLY A CONSULTATION, and that you may or may not buy anything.
Spray on tans, cute shoes, subtle make up and a smile always make a girl feel good.

a makeover would be fun...when my daughters were 14 they enjoyed going to a department store with a clinique counter that did free makeovers and they learned a lot about skin care, etc

you could try straighting your hair also try to wear colors that look good on you but don't just buy clothes because the color try ones that fit well and accentuate your body try this website if you need more tips

yea, i'm with brandon....try straightening you hair....and then maybe seeing if your mom will let you get some low lights....like some light brown or copper ......probably copper like....if you are really pale...good luck!!
