Not trying to be funny, but maybe you should watching a little HGTV, that's where I got alot of my ideas for decorating. Also I wouldn't recommend doing your room in superman b/c you might grow tired of it... maybe try just using the colors, the whole red & blue with just a little splash of yellow here and there and have just ONE superman item (that can be removed at anytime) so that people will pick up on the theme of the room!

Seriously, try checking out some magazines for ideas. After you clean it up, you could do something with a Superman theme. Depending on how old you are, you could get a wall placard, or abed spread. If you're over the age of 15, please don't do this. Go for the colors: Blue walls, blue and red bed linens, blue walls with a white pin stripe at the top. Throw pillows (yes, they're kinda manly!) in red and blue would be good.

ya it is called pick up your dirty clothes, and throw away old food lying around. Just playing. I would not do your room in superman. You want something that will last along time, that you wont get sick of
