US Post Office express Mail. Will be there next morning, and yes the Post Office has employees standing by just for items like this in the mornings. And yes, 4th of July is included. We are open for Express Mail only. Now give me the 10 points!

The post offices delivers overnights even on Christmas day.

Take it to the airport and ask an airline to ship it on one of their planes. They do do that, though it's expensive, and the person recieving it will have to go to the airport to pick it up. But since airlines run on holidays, it will get there.
