Oh, there will be clowns...Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice all plan to attend the party.

I think a nice gift would be an all-expense-paid trip to the front lines of the worst fighting in Iraq (but don't give Bush a weapon).

How about a pair of walking shoes? He needs to get out of office quickly before he causes more irreversible pain and hardship. I hope the American people have learned from this whole debackle of having him as President. He is a guy you might want to have a rootbeer with but you didn't need him as President. Holding Bill Clinton for ransom didn't endear people to the Democrats but Bush was the wrong choice. Notice that the problem that put him in office in Florida still has not been corrected. Why? To make it possible for Jed to become no. 3 Bushman in the Whitehouse. That way they don't have to change the mail box name.

You'll have to excuse my sense of humor,but,...
Believe me you can count on there being clowns at his birthday. More than you can imagine. Actually it will be difficult to find someone who's not.
And, to give him, as a gift, (being kind about it), would be a job.
One more fitting of his moral character and mental abilities.
Ironically, a clown would probably be ideal, but I'm not sure what the moral requirements of a clown, has to be. Although my gut feeling is a clown requires good moral sensibilities.
Hey, there's gotta be something he can do.
May-be the Bin Lardens, friends and business associates of the Bush's, can find him something to do.

He's caused war. So what should we get him? A kick in the private part would do as the person b4 me just said. Give him a cake that says "Unhappy 60th B'day", and with all these bombs around crossed out with red stuff. And more... I'm not so creative, are you?
