There are these tortilla rollups that are really good. You take white flour tortillas and spread cream cheese or a cheese spread of your choice all over them, then add thinly sliced ham on top. Then, spinach or lettuce or whatever else you want. Roll them very tightly and cut the roll into small, individual bite-sized pieces. If you have toothpicks, you can put one in each one.
There is also a recipe through Pampered Chef for "Mini-Ham Puffs" that we use for our showers and parties. I don't have the recipe here with me, but you could probably find it online.
A great punch can be made from 7 Up, Tampico Punch, and Sherbet.
